Ингредиенты

  • 2 cups (300 g) seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

  1. In a food processor, coarsely chop the watermelon. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the processor as needed. Add the egg white, sugar and cinnamon and mix until smooth. Serve immediately.
