Faux-Gin Fizz

Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) sparkling water
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) juniper syrup
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lime juice
- 1 small sprig rosemary
- 1 slice lime
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a wine glass full of ice cubes, combine the sparkling water, the juniper syrup and the lime juice. Garnish with a small sprig of rosemary and a slice of lime.
