Cinnamon Whipped Cream
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) 35% whipping cream
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) vanilla extract
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large cold bowl, whip the cream, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon until soft peaks form. Use to top pancakes, sliced fruit or our chocolate hazelnut cream cocktail.
