Twist Shandy
Make a twist shandy by topping a tart blond beer with a sweet grapefruit syrup and zingy ginger ale!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) grapefruit simple syrup (see recipe)
- 1 bottle (341 ml) cold pale beer
- 1 can (330 ml) cold ginger ale or lemon soda
- Small grapefruit slices, to taste
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Divide the syrup between 2 tall beer glasses. Add ice cubes, if desired. Top up with the beer and soda. Garnish with grapefruit pieces.
