  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
  • 8 fresh sage leaves
  • 4 cups (50 g) plain popcorn
  • ½ tsp maple sugar

  1. In a small pot over medium heat, melt the butter with the herbs. Cook for 2 minutes or until they’re just starting to brown.
  2. Transfer to a large bowl. Add the popcorn and maple sugar. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
  3. Serve with Iced Calijo and Maple Sugar Cocktail.
