  • 3 cups (750 ml) passion fruit nectar
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) lime juice
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) grenadine
  • 1 egg white
  • Ice cubes

Инструкции

  1. In a pitcher, whisk together the nectar, lime juice, grenadine and egg white.
  2. Pour the mixture into six 1-cup (250 ml) glass jars, leaving 1 1/2 inches (4 cm) of space at the top of each jar. Close with lids and let each guest shake a jar until the drinks are frothy.
  3. Open the jars and add ice cubes so the drinks slightly overflow. Serve with straws.

The kids will erupt with glee over a mocktail made just for them: a passion fruit limeade volcano—shake and serve!
