Ингредиенты

  • 6 cups (510 g) green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 large pickles, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) vegetable oil

  1. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
  2. Serve with Tofu and Veal Meatloaves with Barbecue Sauce.
