Lime Basil Daiquiri
Our lime basil cocktail looks like a daiquiri, tastes like a margarita and will instantly win you over with its crisp flavour.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups (220 g) ice cubes
- 2 oz (60 ml) white rum
- 1 oz (30 ml) lime juice
- ½ to 1 oz (15 to 30 ml) cane syrup
- 12 basil leaves
Instructions
- In a blender, finely crush the ice cubes with the remaining ingredients until thick and slushy.
- Pour into a martini glass.
