Vietnamese-Style Noodles
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb (220 g) rice vermicelli
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) rice vinegar
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook the noodles for 3 minutes in salted boiling water. Drain in a colander and rinse under cold running water. Drain well and place in a bowl.
- Add the oil, vinegar and green onions. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm or cold.
- Serve with Pork and Orange Skewers with Cilantro Yogurt Sauce.
