Pomegranate, Pistachio and Chive Gremolata
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) fresh pomegranate seeds (1 small pomegranate)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) unsalted pistachios, toasted and coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) fresh chives, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Use as a garnish on Sesame Wheat Crackers, Parmesan Squash Purée, Lemon and Tarragon Smoked Salmon or Nordic Shrimp and Lime Salad.
