Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) sour cream
- 1 tbsp green part of a green onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp (10 ml) miso
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk (see note)
- 2 tsp (10 ml) lemon juice
- 3/4 cup (105 g) cornstarch
- 7 oz (200 g) oyster mushrooms, trimmed
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
