Edamame Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 2 liters (8 cups) water
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) salt
  • 1 bag 500 g (2,2 lb) whole soybeans (edamame), frozen
  • Sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring the water and salt to a boil. Add the soybeans and cook for 3 minutes. Drain.
  2. Sprinkle with sea salt. Serve immediately as an appetizer.
