Edamame Appetizer
Ingredients
- 2 liters (8 cups) water
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) salt
- 1 bag 500 g (2,2 lb) whole soybeans (edamame), frozen
- Sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring the water and salt to a boil. Add the soybeans and cook for 3 minutes. Drain.
- Sprinkle with sea salt. Serve immediately as an appetizer.
