Ingredients
- 2/3 cup (105 g) whole, blanched almonds
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for dipping
- Cubed bread, for dipping
Instructions
- In a chopper or small food processor, or using a mortar and pestle, process the almonds into small pieces. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a small bowl.
- To serve, pour the olive oil into another bowl. Dip the bread cubes in the oil, then the dukka and enjoy.
