Cilantro Chutney
Ingredients
- 2 cups (70 g) cilantro leaves and stems
- 1 cup (35 g) flat-leaf parsley leaves and stems
- 1 cup (35 g) mint leaves and stems
- 2 green onions, coarsely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) lime juice
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground cumin
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, coarsely purée all the ingredients.
- Transfer to a bowl. Serve, or cover and refrigerate. The chutney will keep for 1 week in the refrigerator.
