Carrot Top Crudités and Labneh
These carrot tops served with a labneh dip make a great snack or appetizer!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) labneh
- 1 pinch sumac (optional)
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- Olive oil, to taste
- 2 tsp dill, finely chopped
- 12 thin carrots, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
Instructions
- Stir the labneh with a fork until smooth and place in a small bowl. Garnish with the sumac, pomegranate, oil and dill.
- Arrange the carrots in a large plate. Serve with the labneh.
