Brussels Sprouts and Endive Salad
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
- 3/4 lb (340 g) Brussels sprouts, leaves separated
- 4 endives, sliced
- 1 apple, halved, cored and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup (50 g) toasted pecans, chopped
- 1/3 cup (50 g) dried cranberries, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
