Ingredients
- 4 steaks : either striploin, T-bone
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) onion powder
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) celery salt
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon (0.5 to 1 ml) Cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) coriander seeds
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) celery seed
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) ground anise seed
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) crushed red pepper
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil

- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
