Small Lamb Burgers with Cheese Curd and Cucumber
Ingredients
- 1 bag 150 g cheese curd, coarsely chopped (310 ml / 1 1/4 cups, approximately)
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) store-bought tzatziki sauce
- 2 Lebanese cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 lb (454 g) ground lamb or lean beef
- 8 small hamburger buns
- Mayonnaise
- Dijon mustard
- 8 slices tomato
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Set aside.
