Sausage and Bell Pepper Skewers
Ingredients
- 6 various sausages, of your choice (Toulouse, Italian ...)
- 2 bell peppers (red and yellow), seeded and cut into large cubes
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- Pepper
- 4 long wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes, or metal skewers
Instructions
- Preheat the grill, setting the burners on high.
- In a large saucepan, place the sausages in cold water. Bring to a boil and simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Drain and let cool. Cut each sausage into three pieces.
- Thread the sausages on the skewers alternating with the peppers. Brush with oil. Season with pepper. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning a few times.
