Prosciutto-Cheese Hand
For Halloween go overboard by serving this arm made of a mixture of cream cheese and cheddar cheese, like a cheese ball, that you sculpt. We use cheese sticks to make the fingers and cover the whole thing with prosciutto to imitate the muscles. This dish is not for the faint of heart.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups (250 g) sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 block (125 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp jalapeño chili pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 tbsp green onion, chopped
- 7 oz (200 g) thinly sliced prosciutto
- 200 g (7 oz) de prosciutto tranché finement
- 5 black olives (very shiny)
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend both cheeses until smooth. Add the jalapeño and green onion, pulsing a few times. Transfer to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
