Pork Tenderloins in Apple Juice
Ingredients
- ½ cup (125 ml) apple juice concentrate (see note)
- ¼ cup (60 ml) olive oil
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) whole-grain mustard
- 2 pork tenderloins, about 1 lb (450 g) each, trimmed
- Honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a glass dish, mix the apple juice concentrate with the oil and mustard. Add the pork. Season with salt and pepper and coat well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 12 hours.
- Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high. Oil the grate.
- Drain the pork tenderloins. Discard the marinade. Lower the grill to medium. Grill the pork for 15 minutes, turning it regularly. Transfer to a plate, cover with foil and let rest for 10 minutes.
- On a work surface, slice the tenderloins. Drizzle with honey. Delicious served with rice salad with apple and red pepper.
