Pork Satay
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) plain yogurt
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) soy sauce
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) honey
- 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp coriander seeds, crushed
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Tabasco sauce
- 1 1/2 lb (675 g) pork tenderloin (about 2 tenderloins)
- 12 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes, or metal skewers
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) coconut milk
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) creamy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) soy sauce
- 2 tsp (10 ml) honey
- 1 tsp (5 ml) fish sauce (nuoc mam)
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Tabasco sauce, or to taste
- 1/2 cup (75 g) peanuts, crushed
- Cilantro, chopped

- In a bowl, whisk all the ingredients together.
