Pierre Gingras’ Grilled Cornish Hens
Ingredients
- 2 Cornish hens
- 1 cup (250 ml) olive oil
- 1 cup (250 ml) soy sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) coarsely chopped fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sherry
- 3 to 4 tablespoons (45 to 60 ml) liquid honey
Instructions
- On a cutting board, using a chef's knife, cut each chicken in half to obtain 4 chicken halves. Set aside.
