Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) fish sauce (nuoc-mam)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
- 6 chicken legs, fat trimmed
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips

- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
