Grilled Halibut with Salted Herb Salsa Verde

Ingredients

  • 1 piece skinless halibut fillet, about 1 kg (2 lb)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 250 ml (1 cup) olive oil
  • 250 ml (1 cup) fresh parsley
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) fresh basil
  • 2 green onions, cut into pieces
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) Lower St. Lawrence Salted herb Seasoning
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high.
  2. Brush the halibut with olive oil on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Place on a sheet of aluminum foil. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes.
