Grilled Halibut with Salted Herb Salsa Verde
Ingredients
- 1 piece skinless halibut fillet, about 1 kg (2 lb)
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 250 ml (1 cup) olive oil
- 250 ml (1 cup) fresh parsley
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) fresh basil
- 2 green onions, cut into pieces
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) Lower St. Lawrence Salted herb Seasoning
- 5 ml (1 tsp) fresh thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high.
- Brush the halibut with olive oil on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Place on a sheet of aluminum foil. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes.
