Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sour cream
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp dill, finely chopped, plus more for garnish
- 2 tsp (10 ml) maple syrup
- 24 small store-bough hors-d’oeuvre shells (such as Siljans)
- 2 packages (100 g each) RICARDO Lemon & Dill Gravlax (see note), cut into pieces
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the sour cream, mustard, dill and maple syrup. Lightly season with salt.
- Divide the sour cream mixture among the hors-d’oeuvre shells. Top with a piece of gravlax and garnish with dill.
