Fennel and Citrus Marinated Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) citrus or orange juice (see note)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) black peppercorns, crushed
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) fennel seeds, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt
- 4 pork chops, about 1-inch (2.5-ml) thick, with the bone
Instructions
- In a glass dish or in a large sealable bag, combine all the marinade ingredients. Add the meat and coat thoroughly. Cover the dish or seal the bag. Refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
- Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high. Oil the grate.
- Grill the chops on each side until the desired doneness. Serve with Citrus and Feta Panzanella.
