Cornflake-Crusted Chicken Legs

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) whole-grain mustard
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
- 3/4 cup (115 g) unbleached all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) honey
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups (260 g) finely crushed cornflakes
- 6 skin-on chicken legs
Instructions
