Curried Chicken Skewers
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) harissa sauce (see note)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground turmeric
- Salt and pepper
- 3/4 lb (350 g) sliced Chinese fondue chicken
- 30 Popsicle sticks, soaked in water for 30 minutes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, roasted and peeled
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) curry powder
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
Instructions
- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick aluminum foil.
