- 2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp dried oregano or thyme
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 4 ears corn
- ½ lb (225 g) green beans, trimmed
- 1 ½ lb (675 g) salmon fillet with the skin, cut into 4 steaks
- 2 lemons, halved
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- Hot sauce, to taste
- Salt and pepper
