Smoked Salmon Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 block (250 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) sour cream
  • 3 oz (85 g) smoked salmon or gravlax
  • 1/2 lemon, zest finely grated
  • 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • Cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the cream cheese, sour cream and salmon. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the food processor as needed. Add the lemon zest and chives and mix to combine using the spatula. Season with pepper. Transfer to a bowl. Cover and refrigerate. The smoked salmon spread will keep for 5 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
