London Fog
Ingredients
- 1 Earl Grey tea bag
- 1 ½ tsp (7.5 ml) honey
- ½ tsp (2.5 ml) vanilla or ¼ vanilla bean, split lengthwise and seeds scraped
- ¾ cup (180 ml) boiling water
- ⅓ cup (75 ml) milk or plant-based beverage
Instructions
- Place the tea bag, honey and vanilla in a mug or glass. Add the boiling water and let steep for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small pot, heat the milk and froth using a whisk or milk frother.
- Remove the tea bag and vanilla bean, if using. Add the frothed milk. Serve immediately.
