Baked Omelet
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) milk
- 12 eggs
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 375ºF (190ºC).
- In a bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in the milk. Add the eggs and whisk to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour into a 30 x 20-cm (12 x 8-inch) buttered baking dish. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the top of omelet begins to brown.
