Yogurt Cream

Ingredients

  • 500 ml (2 cups) Greek yogurt
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) honey
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Line the inside of a strainer with three layers of cheesecloth or two layers of paper towel. Place the strainer over a bowl. Pour the yogurt mixture into the strainer. Cover and let drain in the refrigerator for 6 to 24 hours.
  3. Serve with a berry, mango or apricot fruit salad.
