Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients
- 3 cups (750 ml) 5% Greek yogurt, cold
- 1/2 cup (105 g) sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) corn syrup
- 1 vanilla bean, scraped seeds only
Instructions
- In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and churn for 20 minutes or until the frozen yogurt has set.
- Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 5 hours or until firm. Let the frozen yogurt sit at room temperature for several minutes before serving, if needed.
