Tri-Coloured Frozen Yogurt Popsicles
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) 10% plain yogurt
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) sugar
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) 10% plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) sugar
- 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) 10% plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) sugar
- 12 wooden popsicle sticks
Instructions
- In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
