Tortilla Cookies
Ingredients
- 3 small 7-inch (18 cm) flour tortillas
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) brown sugar
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) brown sugar
- 1 oz (28g) semisweet chocolate
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) sugar
Instructions
- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
- 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Brush each side of the tortillas with butter. Then, choose a flavour.
