Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (375 g) quartered fresh strawberries
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) sugar
- 2 oz (55 g) white chocolate, chopped
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) sugar
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) hot milk
- 3 oz (90 g) white chocolate, chopped
- 14 oz (400 g) puff pastry dough
- 1 egg, lightly beate filling
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the strawberries and sugar. Let stand for 15 minutes.
