Raspberry Coulis
Ingredients
- 2 cups (250 g) frozen raspberries, thawed
- 3 tbsp (40 g) sugar
Instructions
- In a blender, purée the raspberries and sugar until smooth. Strain.
- Pour into a small jug or airtight container. The raspberry coulis will keep for 1 week in the refrigerator.
