Quick Watermelon Sorbet
Ingredients
- 2 cups (300 g) seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a food processor, coarsely chop the watermelon. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the processor as needed. Add the egg white, sugar and cinnamon and mix until smooth. Serve immediately.
