Plum Confit
Ingredients
- 6 plums, pitted and cut into wedges
- ¼ cup (55 g) sugar
- ¼ cup (60 ml) water
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) melted butter
Instructions
- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, combine all the ingredients. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the plums are tender to the tip of a knife. Let cool at room temperature.
