Plum Confit

Ingredients

  • 6 plums, pitted and cut into wedges
  • ¼ cup (55 g) sugar
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) water
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) melted butter

Instructions

  1. With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine all the ingredients. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the plums are tender to the tip of a knife. Let cool at room temperature.
