Pear, Date and Cream Cheese Muffins
Ingredients
- 1/2 block (125 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
- 2 cups (300 g) unbleached all-purpose flour, sifted
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup (105 g) brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup (150 ml) milk
- 1 pear, peeled, cored and diced
- 1/2 cup (85 g) fresh dates, pitted and chopped
Instructions
- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper or silicone liners.
