Peanut Butter and Jelly Sundae
This cold dessert is reminiscent of a classic PB&J and will take you right back to your childhood!
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) milk
- ½ cup (125 ml) unsweetened natural peanut butter
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 cups (500 ml) vanilla ice cream
- Vanilla-roasted strawberries, to taste (see recipe)
- ¼ cup (40 g) roasted peanuts, chopped
Instructions
- In a small pot, whisk together the milk, peanut butter and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking constantly, until the cream thickens. Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour into an airtight container. Let cool. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or until completely chilled.
