Peach and Pistachio Smoothie
When you have an early start to your day, try this smoothie as a delicious morning snack. Best enjoyed freshly made.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups (180 g) frozen peaches, cubed
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) 2% plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) unsweetened almond beverage
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) honey, plus more for serving
- 12 fresh raspberries
- 1 tbsp roasted shelled pistachios
- 1 tsp ground flax seeds
Instructions
- In a blender, purée the peaches, yogurt, almond beverage and honey until smooth. Pour immediately into glasses.
- Garnish with the raspberries, pistachios and flax seeds. Top with a drizzle of honey.
