Peach and Pistachio Smoothie

When you have an early start to your day, try this smoothie as a delicious morning snack. Best enjoyed freshly made.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups (180 g) frozen peaches, cubed
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) unsweetened almond beverage
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) honey, plus more for serving
  • 12 fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbsp roasted shelled pistachios
  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds

Instructions

  1. In a blender, purée the peaches, yogurt, almond beverage and honey until smooth. Pour immediately into glasses.
  2. Garnish with the raspberries, pistachios and flax seeds. Top with a drizzle of honey.
