Orange and White Chocolate Mille Feuille
Ingredients
- 5 oz (140 g) high-quality white chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) finely chopped unsalted pistachios
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) orange liqueur such as Grand Marnier
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) water
- 1 tablespoon (30 ml) sugar

Instructions
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a double boiler, melt the chocolate.
- Using the back of a spoon, form a disc 10 cm (4 inches) across with 10 ml (2 teaspoons) melted chocolate. Sprinkle with pistachios. Repeat for a total of 8 discs. Refrigerate until the chocolate has completely hardened, about 15 minutes. Carefully loosen the discs from
- the paper.
