Orange and Pumpkin Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) all-purpose flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) 35% cream
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
  • Grated zest of 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) canned or homemade pumpkin purée
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) orange juice
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg yolks

Instructions

  1. With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
