Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 ml) 35% whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) vanilla
  • 1 can (300 ml) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the cream and vanilla with an electric mixer until semi-stiff peaks form.
  2. Using a spatula, fold in the condensed milk. Pour into an airtight container.
  3. Freeze for 6 hours or until the ice cream is firm. Let sit out at room temperature for a few minutes before serving, as needed. Serve with fruit, if desired.
