Molten Heart Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 8 oz (225 g) semi-sweet chocolate
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) unsalted butter, cut into cubes
- 5 eggs at room temperature
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) sugar
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 baby bananas, halved lengthwise
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) sugar
Instructions
- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Generously butter 8 ramekins and dust the insides with sugar. Set aside.
