Maple Sauce 



Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) 35% cream or 15% cooking cream
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan off the heat, combine the maple syrup, cream and cornstarch with a whisk. Bring to a boil while stirring and simmer for 30 seconds. Cool slightly and spoon over the sliced Maple Cake Baked in the Can.
