Lemon or Lime Syrup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
- Grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring the water and sugar to a boil. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat. Add the remaining ingredients and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
